Your satisfaction is important to us!
That's why you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.
If you're not satisfied with a product you've ordered on our website, or if it arrives damaged, return it to us and we'll be happy to exchange it or refund your money, within the 14-day period after delivery.
To return your purchase, just 2 steps:
- Simply send us an email with your order number
- Complete this Return Form and return it with a copy of your invoice and the product concerned.
Please include your full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you if necessary. We recommend that you insure your parcel and opt for tracking and delivery against signature. Madame la Présidente declines all responsibility in the event of loss of your parcel.
We are sorry, but we do not assume any return shipping costs.
Your exchange or refund request will be processed as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of the parcel, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of the status of your request.
Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the purchase.
Madame la Présidente does not refund purchases made from resellers. Only products ordered on madamelapresidente.fr may be exchanged or refunded.
